Service and Emotional Support Animals
Trained service and emotional support animals are welcome guests at GHC. Please remember that service animals must be identified as such, remain on a leash/harness and be under the control of their owners at all times. If your ESA does not have an identification vest, please send your ESA letter to email@example.com. GHC Staff members are not allowed to take control of your animal.
Wheelchair accessible transportation is available to help you get around Houston and get back safely to your hotel. These shuttles will run during hours of operations on the shuttle route; a phone number can be found in your hotel lobby. Operation hours will be posted closer to GHC.
ADA Access at Toyota Center
For ADA access to the Toyota Center, please use the entrance located at Crawford & Polk. Attendants will be there to escort you to the ADA seating section, located on Level 2 of the center.
